1 DPS uses it, all get buff
AoE comes from player who clicked ring
Each player will be credited their portion of its damage.

Agreed. I like the teamwork oriented idea, but I just don't think it should be implemented until they have something that will benefit everyone properly. This also favors on use trinkets/ICD trinkets with around the same cooldown, so if it turns out the proc is too strong it may force people off of personal bis trinkets.
