I made steak and rice.

A few months ago I decided to get back in shape after not running and eating like shit for 8 or so months. I ballooned up to like 139 or something (i'm 5'6 so thats a lot) I lost around 20 pounds in the first 2 months of actually doing stuff. Anyway I'v been cooking at lot more lately. This is really good and only takes 20 minutes. Also I used honey on the steak to tenderize it before cooking it. I haven't really seen people doing that with steak/rice bowls but it makes it way better.
